Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin - Any size
Fresh Salt & Pepper or Spice of choice
Fresh Rosemary
Westside Sweet Chili or Caribbean Jerk Sauces
Marinate defrosted pork tenderloin in fridge overnight. Cover with half a bottle of Sweet Chili sauce Westside.
Cover with salt & pepper and fresh rosemary
Bake in over at 350 degrees F (130 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes turning halfway.
Great added with a side of fresh cooked veggies or spring salad.
