SHRIMP LETTUCE WRAP WITH WESTSIDE PEANUT THAI SAUCE

What you will need:

· 250g Shrimp for Filling (or any meat preference)

· Pickle cucumber as much needed for Filling

· 1 Carrot julienne cut for Filling

· 1 Vermicelli for Filling

· 1 Tablespoon oil for Cooking

· 1 Westside Peanut Thai sauce bottle (as needed) for Dipping

· Green Leaf as Needed


Prep:

Finely cut or julienne fresh carrots and cucumber.

Clean Green Leaf Lettuces and pull out to wrap


Cook shrimp in frying pan with oil, and top with salt & pepper.


Cook Vermicelli noodles.


Using the green leaf lettuce, fill with prepared cut carrot, pickles and cucumber, vermicelli and shrimp top with Westside Peanut Thai Sauce and warp up for a tasty, simple, healthy treat!
