JERK TURKEY TACOS
Easy Westside Caribbean Jerk tacos, bursting with flavor and on the table in 20 minutes! These are perfect for busy weeknights!

TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes
1 can diced Tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
3 cups shredded cooked turkey
6 tbsp Westside Caribbean Jerk Sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
8 white corn tortillas (warmed)
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
Lime wedges, for serving (optional)
In medium bowl, stir together tomatoes and chilies, pineapple, onion, and cilantro.
In small bowl, stir together sour cream and lime juice.
In another medium bowl, toss together turkey and Westside Caribbean Jerk Sauce.
Into large skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. Add turkey mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until seasoning is fragrant and turkey is hot and seared in some areas.
Divide turkey mixture evenly among warmed tortillas. Top with tomatoes mixture and cabbage. Drizzle with sour cream mixture. Serve with lime wedges, if using.
