Caribbean Jerk Kabobs

Chop 2 chicken breast into cubed chucks.

Marinate with fajita spice, lime juice, cilantro and 4 tbs of Caribbean Jerk sauce by Westside.

Heat BBQ.

Thread the chicken onto skewers: add peppers and red onion (or whatever you prefer).

Cook on BBQ on direct heat until chicken is cooked through.

Eat and enjoy!
